STERILIZING MACHINE FOR FOOTWEAR IN BOX, BRAND ELETTROTECNICA BC, MOD. 101 This machine makes it possible to offer a high quality product with all the guarantees for our customers by carrying out a sterilization treatment that provides the maximum hygienic guarantees , through a combined double process: Exposure with a quartz heat lamp to quickly and evenly stabilize the shoe's temperature. Exposure with bactericidal UV lamp. This double treatment provides a cleaning service that guarantees coverage against risks arising from the presence of bio-influencing agents, polluting agents present in the air, mites, germs, odors and any other type of undesirable element present in the footwear, and which by its nature and/or composition, cannot be washed with water, or dried, but which requires an important specific treatment for cleaning. This process can be completed with an automatic spray system containing a bactericidal product if mold has developed due to the footwear being stored in warehouses, stores, etc. The sterilizing system is equipped with an automatic conveyor belt with speed regulation for the various product requirements. Production: 600 pairs in 8 hours.
